Osnat is the Chief People Officer & Chief of Staff at aMoon, where she leads the people strategy as well as translated business strategy into people & organizational capabilities and plans.
Osnat brings over two decades of human capital leadership experience with high-growth, acquisitive, global technology companies, having served as a trusted advisor and partner to CEOs, boards, and senior leadership teams. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as an executive with a broad background and record of success in corporate development and people strategy.
Prior to joining aMoon, Osnat was the Chief People and Corporate Development Officer at Cellebrite and was instrumental in managing the company’s evolution. She led the strategic planning and execution of Cellebrite’s corporate vision, executive recruitment, talent management, organizational development, leadership development, and strategic partnering, along with M&A integration.
Before Cellebrite, Osnat served in leadership roles with Better Place, Passave, PMC-Sierra, NLayers, and Pixel. Osnat also served with the Israeli Ministry of Defense in NYC and in the Israeli Air Force.
As a certified life and business coach, Osnat enjoys working with diverse stakeholders to achieve meaningful, long-term success, and enterprise value for the benefit of the organization and people's growth and success.
Osnat holds an MSc in Management Engineering from the University of Bridgeport.
