Noah is aMoon's Chief Compliance Officer & CISO, where he focuses his efforts on building and maintaining a comprehensive risk and compliance framework for the Fund. Noah has always been fascinated by the medical field, completing pre-med coursework throughout college, and was immediately attracted to aMoon's mission of partnering with entrepreneurs combining healthcare and technology to advance treatments and cures. Noah also oversees aMoon's operations team.
Noah brings to aMoon over 16 years of experience as a legal, risk, and compliance professional in multinational and public companies. Most recently, Noah led global risk and compliance at Verint Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: VRNT), where he was responsible for enterprise-wide risk management, regulatory compliance, and information security governance. Prior to that, Noah was corporate counsel for Verint's Asia-Pacific operations, successfully building out a legal and compliance infrastructure as the first dedicated legal resource for the region. Noah began his risk and compliance career with key roles in the Internal Audit and Legal departments of Under Armour Inc. (NYSE:UA).
Noah holds a JD from the University of Maryland School of Law, an MBA from Bar Ilan University, and a BA from Yeshiva University. In 2008, he became a member of the bars of Maryland and New Jersey, and has completed exam requirements to be a Foreign Qualified Attorney in Israel.
